Thursday:

FITNESS SESSION:

18:45 Hrs @ Hyde Park (map below) changing before @ 24 BATHURST MEWS, W2 2SB (see map). **Be there on time and ready to start as days get shorter**

Training is taken by John Hunter-Holmes of the Lucerne Clinic, here are a few words from him about his sessions:

"You will have noticed that there have been a few emails flying around with regard to the introduction of circuit training. Antoine has very kindly given us the use of his garage in Bathurst Mews (just off Lancaster Gate, 3mins from the tube) and provided us with some initial equipment."

"I have run circuit training in the army, and for my rowing club and have been at the rough end of many of Roger Utleys' England training sessions! My plan was to bring together some of these skills and provide the LFRC with a once a week circuit session which will improve the fitness of those already fit and give those that are not quite there or who do not have the time, a once a week drill! I guarantee it will make your competitive games far more enjoyable and reduce the risk of injury. "

A couple of pilot sessions were run in December 2006, so the new year welcomes the beginning of the real thing...
