There will be plenty of booze, plenty of food and everybody is welcome therefore bring your wives, girlfriends, partners, mistresses, mother-in-laws, mates, bosses, work colleagues and everybody else who you think will fit with the London French spirit. On the top of drinking and eating, there will be a disco all night and an auction of vintage London French RFC jerseys. You will also be able to purchase the whole lot of London French RFC traditional items: the mythical berets, polo shirts, ties, cufflinks, mugs...

IMPORTANT

As there were few organisation problems last year, the committee and I have decided to change slightly the formula for the 2007 event:

· There will be no tickets available at the door this year and the event is a pre-sale only. You can pre-book your tickets by contacting me at lfsocial@hotmail.fr or next to a ticket seller.

· For an obvious reason of security we have to limit the number of guests for the party and there will be only 250 tickets available for the night. Do not wait the last minute to book your tickets.

· Only the club members can book tickets . You can invite as many people as you want and you are more than encourage to do it but please just send us 1 booking with the number of guests and the money for everybody.

HOW TO BOOK

Pre-booked means money in the bank before the party. As soon as we will receive the payment, we will send you the tickets for you and your guests by post or give it to you by hand at training or games. The ways to pay the event are the usual:

By Bank Transfer, By cheque payable to ‘London French RFC’ or, By Cash to one of the tickets seller after training or game.

The bookings are officially open therefore if you intend to come send your confirmation now to lfsocial@hotmail.fr with your name and your number of guests.
